Functional responsibilities:

Manages the activities of the organization of pre-school education and upbringing (hereinafter referred to as pre-school) in accordance with regulatory legal acts;

Ensures the implementation of educational programs in accordance with the state mandatory standard of preschool education and training, creates the necessary conditions for the safety of life and health of students and employees of the organization during the educational process.
Defines the organization's management structure, solves financial, economic, scientific, methodological and other issues;
Forms a contingent of pupils, provides their social protection;
Promotes the activity of public organizations of the teaching and methodological associations;
Provides the necessary conditions for the organization of nutrition and medical care for children, strengthening and protecting the health of pupils;
Manages the property and funds of the COMPANY in accordance with the procedure established by law, submits an annual report on the receipts and expenditures of the founders ' funds;
Provides accounting, safety and strengthening of educational and material base, compliance with the rules of sanitary and hygienic regime, labor protection and safety;
Provides communication with the public, organizations, interaction with parents (persons who replace them);
Provides selection and placement of teaching staff and support staff, develops job descriptions of employees;
Creates conditions for improving professional skills of personnel;
Conducts certification of employees in accordance with the established procedure;
Has computer literacy, information and communication competence;
Directs the work of the pedagogical Council;
Represents the COMPANY in state, public and other organizations;
Provides preparation and submission of necessary reports on the activities of the company.
